1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the MDE North website at www.mdenorth.mom or engaging the services of Mde Canada, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website or services.

2. Services Description

MDE North, a brand of Mde Canada, provides professional services including project management, operational support, supply chain coordination, business development, workforce solutions, and facility management. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are defined in a separate Service Agreement. These Terms of Service govern general website use and the overall relationship.

3. Website Use

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not use the site to transmit harmful software, engage in unauthorized data collection, or interfere with site operations. We reserve the right to restrict access for violations of these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of Mde Canada unless otherwise indicated. You may view and download content for personal or internal business reference but may not reproduce or distribute it without our written permission.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, make key personnel available, provide timely feedback, and cooperate in good faith throughout engagements. Clients retain responsibility for implementing recommendations after the engagement concludes unless ongoing support is included in the scope.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each Service Agreement. Invoices are due within the stated timeframe. Late payments may incur interest as specified. Mde Canada reserves the right to pause work on accounts more than 30 days past due.

7. Cancellation

Cancellation terms are specified in the Service Agreement. Rescheduling of meetings requires at least 48 hours notice where possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mde Canada shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
